Active X instructions
- Go to http://www.iroquois.com and select the Customer Activities link.
- Ignore the "ICA client not found" warning, and complete the login.
- Click "user interface" tool symbol (found below the IOL logo).
- Locate the "Client Deployment Preference" near the bottom of the settings (scroll area as needed).
- Click the client selection box, and choose "Client for Active X" and click.
- Click OK. The setting will be "remembered" on this computer, unless web browser files (cookies) are cleared.
- A information bar will appear at the top of your screen prompting you to allow/install Active X component
- If using a "Pop-Up" blocker, please set it to "always allow" pop-ups from this site.
- Right click and allow install
- On the Applications List, click the IOL symbol
- After clicking the IOL symbol, a message "loading java applet" will appear.
- If a Java Security Windows appears (for Citrix or for Iroquois) select "Grant Always" or "Always Run" on both (click OK).
- The IOL application should be available for use within a short time, depending on the internet connection available.
