Iroquois OnLine (IOL) is a web based application that was first made available to our customers in April of 2001. IOL has a reputation of being easy to use and intuitive. It's system architecture allows us to perform system upgrades without having a negative effect on the user community.

Iroquois customers, particularly gas schedulers, meter operators and billing personnel use IOL to nominate, confirm, check scheduled quantities, create, and view capacity release offers, enter capacity release bids, retrieve and print invoices and obtain real-time OBA, measurement and park and loan data.

The IOL team consists of four members of the Marketing and Commercial Operations department and several members of the Information Technology department. This team ensures that IOL and our other backend systems are maintained and developed to provide the highest level of service to our customers while keeping in compliance with FERC, NAESB and Iroquois tariff.
