Voluntary Consent Disclosure

No transmission customers have voluntarily consented to allow Iroquois to share the customer's non-public information with a marketing function employee.

In the event that a transmission customer does voluntarily consent, in writing, to allow Iroquois to share the customer's non-public information with a marketing function employee, Iroquois will not provide any preferences, either operational or rate-related, in exchange for the shipper's consent to allow Iroquois to share such information. Additionally, Iroquois shall post notice herein.
