Gas
Quality
This is
a restatement of some of the gas quality provisions of Iroquois' FERC Gas
Tariff as stated in Section 9 of the General Terms & Conditions. The
purpose of this restatement is to allow a non-regulatory person to easily find
the gas quality tariff limits without having to search the tariff. If there is
a conflict between the information contained in this summary and any portions
of Iroquois' FERC Gas Tariff, Iroquois' FERC Gas Tariff will control. These
limitations apply to all of Iroquois' physical on-system delivery locations.

Physical
on-system receipts can exceed the delivery location limits to the extent that
those receipts can be blended and Iroquois can meet its delivery location
limits.
The
party receiving the gas may, at its option, refuse to accept the gas from the
tendering party if the gas fails to conform to any of the gas quality
provisions and the receiving party may seek reimbursement for any costs it
incurs to bring the gas into conformity with the gas quality provisions.
